We ordered two bedside tables but one arrived damaged. Roseland dealt with this quickly and another was delivered within a week, and the old one picked up. Unfortunately this one was damaged as well! This was again dealt with in an apologetic but professional manner, and we finally have a pair of undamaged bedside tables. Although the packaging was actually pretty good, there is obviously an issue with the couriers, which is why my rating is 4 stars rather than 5.
