I ordered 2 bedside cabinets and one was damaged I was promised a replacement in two days but when the courier came to collect the damaged item he didn’t have my replacement after many phone calls I was told DPD didn’t have room on their van for my order!!! So it would arrive today but when the courier came this morning he had the wrong item for me! Yet another muck up we also asked the driver about not having room on his van he basically said that’s rubbish! I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and won’t be ordering anything in the future I need a reliable company to order my furniture from I think maybe I should have had some kind of compensation but that hasn’t been mentioned so far.
