First lot of furniture arrived damaged. Roseland replaced 2 out of 3 items, was then told there was a 10 week wait for 3rd item.
Ended up exchanging the whole lot for a different collection.
Customer service was pretty good and prompt in their reply. Furniture is in place and looks great for the money.
