The problem was not Roseland but the couriers DPD. When I ordered the furniture on Monday, it stated that I would receive it on Thursday, I took the day off work to await it's delivery, I thought it strange when it did not show on their website that the furniture was on the van.
Needless to say it DID NOT up. Roseland were very helpful and got in touch with the couriers to find out what is happening
I had to get time off work again, to wait for the delivery, it did come in a DPD van that seems strange and when the driver opened the back of the van, the tall boy had gone over but thank goodness it was well packed and did not come to any harm.
