This score is down to the delivery of my items. I ordered 2 items at the same time on the same order for a birthday surprise for my mum. I got a text and email from the delivery service saying my items would be delivered the next day on the Tuesday and gave me a 2 hour time slot so I stayed in and waited for them to arrive which they did not with no explanation as to why, so I contacted Roseland furniture for an answer and was told they would re arrange the delivery and email me so I had written confirmation which didn’t happen so I had to ring back the next day and chase up to which I got told they don’t know why the delivery people didn’t turn up but they had re arranged it for Wednesday so when they turned up they only had one piece of furniture with them. So the surprise was ruined for my mum as she came home to see one without the other I was not happy to say the least. So again back on the phone to find out where the other item was and was told it would be delivered the next day so had to wait in again so by now Iv waited in at home for 3 days with a toddler not being able to get out to receive my items. Would not be bothered with the hassle in future and would go else where
