My item was faulty, of poor quality & was sat in the delivery company's depot for 5 days prior to delivery. However Roseland Furniture were swift to rectify the situation, and replaced it within the week. I was very happy with the replacement item. However, the collection of the faulty item did not go as instructed by Roseland Furniture. I advised that I could not guarantee to be in for the collection, so was told to leave in a secure place (which we agreed was outside, behind the gate) Fortunately, we were in when the drivers came to collect but they told us they couldn't have collected it if we hadn't if been in.
