Unfortunately we are a bit disappointed with our purchase. Our display unit was delivered by 2 gruff men who dragged the dirty box over our beige carpet leaving marks. On opening, the unit was lovely but sadly was broken. We contacted you to request collection and exchange. Customer service response was quick but we are still left waiting without a date for the unit to be collected days later. I was a little surprised to be asked to box the item up for collection ( it's a large, heavy piece of furniture and the box it arrived in is ripped!). So currently we have a broken, unstable unit in our lounge with 2 young children and no idea when our replacement is coming. Really love the unit, so a bit disappointed with our experience. Hopefully our exchange will be better
