I have had nothing but problems from the moment I ordered my items.
First the bedroom set that I ordered that was 'in stock'turned out to have one item out of stock so I am still waiting on that.
One of the items is a set of draws that when arrived had horrendous marks all down the one side that made it look scratched. After going back and forth on email after email I final get a date for the the item to be replaced and the delivery company never show after I have taken the day off!
So after all this I am still waiting on my wardrobe and will now have to take another day's leave from work to wait in to have the draws collected and replaced.
I had planned to order my lounge furniture from our self's but after this experience I'm afraid I'll have to look elsewhere and I don't think I would feel comfortable recommending this company elsewhere.
