The product is very good, the staff are excellent, couldn't have been more helpful. There was a minor problem with a shelf, but again it was quickly sorted to my satisfaction. Delivery was a little quicker than I thought it would be although it took a few phone calls/emails to finally find a suitable time to deliver, but I contributed to that 'glitch'.
