I had ordered other furniture from Roseland which arrived quickly and un-damaged. However, after a long wait, I finally received the coffee table to match the rest of our furniture; it was really badly damaged. We arranged to have a replacement delivered which was also damaged. On the third attempt, the wrong item was sent and have only just received an un-damaged coffee table.
I contacted Roseland on two occasions by phone (many more by email!) and on one occasion, the lady I spoke to was quite rude, not so much what she said but her tone.
At no point was I offered any compensation.
Disappointing and has put me off ordering anything else from them again.
