Good points - they have some nice designs, the people seem helpful and organised a return for me with no fuss. Not so good - some of the furniture (the lower price range at least) might seem like a bargain, but you can tell it's built to a budget (further info on actual furniture review). Only a 6 month guarantee, and I had to call and ask as the website didn't have that information. Also don't get the wrong impression if the website says something is an exclusive design, designed by Roseland or whatever - at least some of the furniture is made (perhaps to an exclusive spec) in a factory in Vietnam, so don't imagine it's all hand-crafted by n-th generation artisan Cornish furniture makers!
