Returning customer and really nice furniture. Previously purchased a full bedroom suite and everything was perfect as they delivered themselves. Second purchase was a total let down due to incompetent XDP couriers. First it wasn’t delivered when they said it would then when it did turn up the chest of drawers was totally destroyed so we refused delivery of the whole lot. Complained to Roseland and they arranged delivery themselves again which is what should have been in the first place. Would I purchase again? Probably but I would insist that Roseland deliver themselves again, if they use XDP again no I wouldn’t purchase.
