The item ordered seems to be of good quality, however I was very disappointed in the delivery service. I paid extra for a two man delivery team. I had to send an email to chase the order as I had heard nothing for a week. I eventually got a phone call letting me know the delivery day. The day before I was given a 3 hour delivery window. The item was delivered nearly half an hour after the end of the delivery window. I emailed Roseland asking for a refund for the delivery cost as it had not met my expectations. I was then told that the delivery window was “only an estimate” and that they would not provide a refund. What was most disappointing was that I didn’t even get an apology from roseland, just an indication that I didn’t understand the nature of delivery windows, which made me feel like I was not valued as a customer.
