Paid extra £25 for a Saturday delivery. But was never delivered. Don’t understand why a such a unreliable delivery service was chosen. I don’t mind pay extra. But want a reliable service. Unlikely to ever choose Roseland again.
Trying to take time of work for delivery, has caused a lot of issues, something Roseland doesn’t understand.
