The rating is more about the delivery company than the furniture itself. My chest of drawers were due to arrive on Wednesday 31st August but on the morning of Tuesday 30th I received an email telling me that it would be delivered on Tuesday 30th between 11.30 and 1.30 while I was at work. I arrived home to find the delivery company had left my £220 chest of drawers in my back garden on a day that had rained consistently all day. The packaging was absolutely soaked through and I had to get the drawers inside which meant all the water that had settled on the packaging flooded my lounge. I rang Roseland to give feedback and spoke to someone called Joe who asked me to take some photos and email them over to an email address that he gave me. I took the photos loaded on to the email and sent it but it bounced back telling me the email address didn’t exist. I called the previous telephone number that I spoke to Joe on only to receive a voicemail saying the number was not in use, they had blocked me. I wouldn’t order anything from Roseland ever again and I would tell anyone who was thinking of buying some furniture from Roseland to stay away.
