Website delivery instructions unclear. Not explained prior to purchase that a 2man delivery service was not available in Scotland, and my order had been processed as a one man (even upon request of a 2man). No one had contacted me prior to dispatch that this was unavailable in Scotland, but was ascertained when I phoned them to confirm. Furniture nice colour and looks good- however not as solid as believed to be. Very light weight. Most likely wouldn’t order from here again, but do not regret my order.
