It was the first time I ordered from Roseland Furniture and to be honest I'm not sure I will again. The ordering process was straightforward but the delivery service wasn't.
The first day that it was due to arrive I waited at home during the allotted time period and it didn't turn up. The second day I stayed at home all day and again no-show. The final day the two-hour delivery window came and went. Finally a driver showed up at the end of the day, and delivered the wrong parcel! I had to run after him to get the right one!
Once I eventually got my order and opened it I thought the blanket box was sturdy and good quality, but there were a few scratch marks on top of the lid which was really disappointing. If it wasn't for the stress and inconvenience of receiving it I would have been tempted to send it back.
However, I should add that Becky in Customer Service was helpful and got back to me straight away when I got in touch asking for help with the delivery.
