On the positive side, the website, the ordering process, the quality of the goods and the personal interaction with customer services were all good. On the constructive side, the carriers were poor, in that, the tracking was not accurate and therefore several delivery slots were communicated then missed and when the goods did arrive, the door kno s were missing, which rose land quickly got to us seperately. It’s a shame the actual delivery wasn’t up to the front end of the product and sales process.
