Not impressed. I placed my order online, specifying delivery date. I received one email from Roseland confirming my order, then nothing, no updates on dispatch or confirmation of delivery. After a few days of silence, I finally contacted Roseland to find out what happened to my order. I was told that a third party courier service should contact me confirming delivery. However there was still no contact until the actual day of delivery. I received a text mid-morning giving me a 2 hour window, which was actually 1 hour, then another text telling me delivery had been made. I was confused because nothing had been delivered to my door, until I realised they had deposited it with the concierge at reception. I had to struggle with a 5 drawer tallboy chest on my own into the lift and along a corridor up 14 floors, but it could have been worse, I could have lived on the 16th!
