Whilst I was happy with the chests of drawers, the delivery method by Tuffnell’s was a disgrace. Despite the packing having ‘Very Heavy, two man handling required’, this order arrived at my door with only the driver who left the 5 packages in the hall at my front door. I am 68 years of age, and it took me a considerable time to get all these packages from the hall to the upstairs rooms where these were to be located.
Due to this, it is very unlikely that I will order again from Roseland Furniture!
