I ordered a Prussia tv stand twice on the first express delivery it never arrived. Your customer service dept said it was out of stock and could be up to 6 weeks and they would let me know when the first one had come back if it was in new condition. I then tried ordering another online which came the next day,on time no thanks to your cust service dept!!!
