Item was due to arrive but never turned up and after the third day of messed up delivery (end though we had been given a time slot each time)
Customer services didn't care and even defended the delivery firm. Asked to cancel the order and then had to call 3 days later to ask where my money was and then magically got a email 5 minutes after the call from paypal with a refund.
Terrible customer services, terrible choice in delivery firm.
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOU TIME OR MONEY!!!
