Ordered two items from Roseland furniture - the first arrived with a broken piece that didn’t prevent us building the wardrobe, but we are now awaiting a replacement piece so it is not damaged. The second item is a set of drawers which arrived in perfect packaging but when opened are smashed on one side affecting the whole purpose of their use. Now got to wait nearly a week for these to be exchanged and on the day given I will have to wait in all day until the delivery comes as they don’t offer time slots, and going to hope that the new set are not damaged. Customer service just tell me to email, always having to wait over 24hours for a reply. I just want it dealt with. Also poor that customer is left to wait all day for replacement due to no fault of their own. Won’t purchase from them again and don’t recommend.
