Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Wasted two days waiting in for our furniture to be delivered. First one apparently 'lost in transit'. Second one just didn't turn up . Seemed to get a different excuse every time we phoned. Most of them could be summed up as 'it's not our fault, it's the delivery firm'. Wouldn't ever use Roseland again.
