The sideboard we ordered was lovely and well made but the delivery of it was very poor. It was due to be delivered on Friday and it never arrived so we arranged another for Monday (another day we had to take off) after 4pm we phoned to ask where it was and was told it would be delivered in the evening, but again it did not arrive. The furniture was eventually delivered on Tuesday morning, unexpected, so luckily we were in. Their courier delivery system needs to be sorted out as it is a shame as their furniture is fabulous.
