Lovely furniture very happy with it, would give 5 stars but delivery company a major let down as didn’t show up on given date/time which was a week after placing order, no contact from courier so we had to call them and was informed a different time for same day which was a further no show, contacted them again to be advised furniture had been on wrong van and advised delivery slot a further 3 days, then claimed we had missed delivery the following day which we hadn’t been advised of as no contact from them, delivery subsequently put back a further 5 days! No cards left to advise we had missed delivery... and no phone call from delivery driver to say on his way which we were advised was company policy to call at least half hour before delivery! We did get a call from the driver on the day we actually received the goods which makes me think the no show/wrong van and missed delivery days may have been delaying tactics to hold onto furniture longer so they have more than one drop off in our area? I don’t mind waiting if company is upfront from the start but don’t like being messed about! Would rather it stated up to two weeks delivery time at time of ordering and delivery company did not use suspected delaying tactics as means unnecessary time off work and house sitters waiting for no shows!!
