The furniture is of reasonable quality - nothing spectacular, but hopefully it won't fall apart. But the delivery and communication process is appalling. Roseland's courier XDP fail to turn up on the specified day, only have a premium-rate phone number to contact on (which is never answered), no meaningful live delivery tracking service and only an email address for your local depot (which is, of course, never answered). XDP lie to customers, sending emails claiming they've attempted a delivery when in fact they've not turned up all day - I know this from experience unfortunately as it happened to me. They have no regard for customer service and are a shocking company; it beggars belief why Roseland Furniture are associated with them.
Roseland themselves are not particularly helpful in trying to remedy delivery problems. They expect you to wait at home the next day with no regard to customers' work commitments and do not accept criticism of the delivery process.
I would not buy from this company again - the stress involved in the delivery process is too great. Pay the extra and use a reputable, well-known brand instead.
