Super-fast delivery. The item was well-packaged and secure. My only slight criticism was the courier couldn't see an address label and he delivered the item to a neighbour - who also couldn't see my name or address anywhere on the parcel. Luckily she knows me quite well and she asked for my advice, and I then realised the delivery was actually for me! Had it been a neighbour who doesn't know me, or had it been a dishonest person I might not have received my order. I would suggest Roseland print large address labels to attach to their orders to ensure this doesn't happen in future. All that aside, I am delighted with my new hall storage bench! It was exactly what I wanted and it looks great and matches some items I bought from Roseland last year.
