Furniture was great and quality reflects price - very happy. The courier were dreadful- paid for Saturday delivery. Didn’t turn up and no communication- Monday morning I got a text (with no options to rearrange or contact anyone) saying that it was being delivered on Monday evening (at an inconvenient time). I rearranged everything at no notice to be in for the slot they’d said and then they turn up significant earlier anyway. No offer of a refund for not having delivered the service that I’d paid for or any customer service interaction around the fact that they turned up two days late either
