We’re very pleased with our new bookcase - it’s good quality, well made and fits perfectly in the space we wanted. The only down-side was that it was delivered by a one-man delivery service and so he couldn’t take it upstairs to the room we wanted it in. Being older and unable to lift heavy items, this caused us a problem. I would have happily paid extra for a two-person delivery team which other operators offer.
