Firstly let me say that apart from a small crack on the glass of my TV unit, I'm delighted with my items. The customer service and delivery, however, were an absolute shambles. No delivery updates, items were shipped separately and then one item wasn't delivered at all (although I paid for express delivery) and had to be re-ordered. Customer services then failed to email me like they promised and didn't rebook delivery on the day of my choosing, so it was attempted when I was at work. No need in this day and age for such bad service and communication.
