I ordered a small TV unit, and the ordering process was seamless. It was organised to be delivered on Saturday ( I’m not available during the week, so this was great, but it is a little extra). In the first 2 emails from the company I was told that it would be tracked and the courier would contact me with a timeframe. At 2 pm on the Saturday I contacted the company, I hadn’t received any communication from the courier. The girl I spoke to was lovely, she apologised profusely and said it was unlikely that it would be delivered that day and it was arranged for the following Saturday, and the delivery charge would be refunded, which it was. However I have still wasted a whole morning staying in my house. The following Monday, whilst at work I received a text and an email saying the item would be delivered between 1 and 3pm. I was furious, I sent an email to the courier and called the company, I was not best pleased to be interrupted in my working day. Again the girl I spoke to was lovely and said she would send them another email and that delivery was definitely that Saturday. I get home to find a card through the door saying item left at side of house. Livid I went to look, it wasn’t’t there. Call d the company and the girl I spoke to said she would look into it. Turns out it began to rain and my neighbour’s son took it in to ensure it wasn’t damaged or stolen. Moral of the story is, the furniture is great, well made, but change the courier who have a blatant disregard for instruction and respect for customer wishes. If I could have got a hold of the delivery men I would have gladly wrung their scrawny necks. Not impressed with the courier aspect again
