Had order confirmation and confirming it was with courier. Had text and email from courier to say they had our order and that they would be in contact to arrange delivery. I arrived home from work one day to see furniture left in the rain at the side of our home, soaked. I had no prior email, text or phone call to let me know the delivery was to be made. This was a substantial order so I was understandably outraged. My partner contacted Roseland last week to complain and has heard nothing since. We have still not opened the packaging as it is still drying so have no idea if it is damaged. Either way, appalling service when spending that much money.
