Furniture nice, but delivery was a nightmare. It arrived on a Tuesday- the day after I got an email saying it would arrive at the end of the week. This meant that I had no time to organise the space, and I had to take time off work to be in and avoid a charge. I chose the company because delivery looked easy (I was led to expect a call to arrange a date, followed by a text with a time-slot), but even after an email correspondence this did not happen, and I got no apology when I emailed to say what had happened.
