Overall pleased with our purchase of five pieces of furniture, though three of the items had been damaged - it looked like it had occurred before it was shipped to us, as they had all been well wrapped and protected. That said Roseland responded quickly and we agreed that one item should be swapped and they discounted the other two, leaving me to sort out the imperfections. Delivery was quick and all the items were priced competitively. My only general observation surrounds the quality of the internal shelves and side panels in the London Oak range. Compared to the external appearance as well as the overall fit and finish, it just felt that they had reduced as much thickness from the shelf as they could to the point where placing a stack of 6 dinner plates caused the shelf to sag in the middle. That was a real shame as overall they looked good. What might help is a clearer website description to allow visually similar items to be compared, including the design and construction of the different ranges. We would have paid more for better built sideboards, if it had been clearer on the website! Overall still pleased with them though.
