Delivery driver called asking if we had someone to help him to carry the drawers which i found quite strange he didn't have a trolley or colleague to help him, u reasonable to expect the customer to help, he even rudely said that if he couldn't manage it he would not deliver it even though he was already in the building. Eventually it was delivered but on opening we saw that the back of the drawers was not on properly, so after complaining we were offered compensation to cover the cost of getting it fixed ourselves which we accepted as it was easier than waiting for a replacement. Drawers are lovely quality though.
