I purchased a London Oak Console Table. When I received it the packaging was damaged, thankfully not to contents. When I assembled the table I found a crack in one of the pieces of wood underneath.(screw tighten too much). I reported this to Roseland who offered me a replacement or a partial refund. I took the latter. I would say the customer relations was excellent.
