Absolutely awful service. I am still fuming having had only 4 out of 5 items delivered It was Roseland's fault. Had the order not been sitting idly in the third party courier's warehouse for 10 days the error could have been discovered. Instead we have hit the Christmas closedown and nothing can be done till after Christmas. They won't unwrap or take away the cardboard so checking the items has to wait . What a shower.
