Sadly the unit was delivered in a damaged state which happens, what was to transpire after was a disaster. I contacted Roseland immediately and sent pictures of the damaged unit they agreed to get it collected and would refund as soon as they received the unit back. They arranged for the courier to collect on three occasions, on three occasions they just didn’t turn up leaving my partner furious having wasted 3 days in the lead up to xmas waiting in to no avail. On the fourth occasion the courier did turn up but didn’t give any time slot they rang me and in turn I rang my partner who rushed home (unbelievably they waited) this was three weeks after the original delivery. A week later I still hadn’t been refunded and after a couple of emails and telephone calls where Roseland said they still hadn’t received the unit they finally relented and refunded me in full. Whilst I am understanding that this was a busy period just before Christmas my experience was pretty awful. With regard to the unit the reason I didn’t want a replacement was that I thought the quality was pretty poor even though I know it was fairly cheap. I found the telephone staff to be friendly and they tried to be helpful but I won’t be using Roseland again.
