Goods not delivered on date given, when they did arrive one item was smashed to pieces. Poor response and attitude by staff regarding this problem. After many emails a replacement was delivered. We where told the damaged item will be collected as an exchange -but guess what that was yet another mistake the exchange didn't take place.
I have just received an email offering me £20 off my next order if I do a review.............compensation on the hassle we had my have given me hope in the company
I will not use Roseland again.
