The chest of drawers we ordered is a nice solid piece of furniture which arrived well packaged and in perfect order. Be aware that free delivery can involve the item being delivered by one man in a van. In our case he asked for our help to get it out of the van and up the path and into our house - this is pretty unusual I would say (although in the end he managed it himself). Look under the delivery and returns section of the website and you'll see the restrictions - there is the option to upgrade and pay extra to get another person to help carry furniture.
