I am very pleased with my TV stand, the quality for price is excellent. The only downside is that I was not contacted to arrange delivery, I received a text on the day of delivery stating the time for my delivery. I emailed the courier straight away to say that I would not be at home and needed a Saturday delivery, but received no response. I then received a text saying my order had been delivered but no information as to where. The courier delivered the furniture to my neighbour, but did not leave a calling card to inform me, nor did they send an email/text saying where it had been delivered. I spent some time trying to find out where my delivery was. The delivery courier did not and has still not responded to my two emails sent. Perhaps Roseland should consider another delivery service. Other than this experience, I would order from Roseland again, but would follow it up with an email that contact needs to be made in advance for delivery.
