Absolute disaster and dont be fooled everyone.
All went smoothly until the parcel arrived.
Got it out the box and it was damaged (which is fine ish, these things happen).
On closer inspection only the external parts of the wood had been sanded leaving you exposed to splinters... this is just a basic lack of care for customers safety.
When I explained this all to Roseland, they offered a free replacement however, they could only give me a day, not a time slot for delivery.
So I now have to use a days holiday and sit at home until the currier (hopefully) arrives all because they couldn't get it right first time..
When I pointed this out, they did nothing. No acknowledgement and no apology. Very poor Roseland the more you treat customers like this the more they will go to your quality competitors like Cotswold Co
