Very pleased with my furniture however your courier service lets you down badly. As a result I would not purchase from you again since I was given a delivery slot and changed my plans to accommodate the delivery. It failed to turn up and XDP wouldn't talk to me since I was not a customer. After a phone call to your office and the assistant trying to contact XDP while I was on the line, she could tell me that my goods had been checked back into the warehouse although she couldn't tell me why. The next day I phoned your office and was told that I was sent an email that morning from XDP giving me a slot. The time didn't suit and I said when I would be available that day and it was too late to change my plans again. Your assistant assured me that she would relay that to the carrier and ask for a later delivery within the time slot. I went off to do my work only to receive a phone call from the driver telling me he could not find me on his Sat Nav, where was I? I'm afraid he got an ear bashing and I had to leave my work unfinished 40 mins early. The box clearly stated my drawer unit was a 2 man lift but it was bumped up the front steps into the house. He furnished me with the customer service dept phone no of XDP, which I rang. It went onto voicemail. Someone called David phoned me (at which point I had gone out) and asked me to ring a number which he left on my answering machine. The number when I rang it turned out to be a Hotel and Leisure Complex. Inever received any text or email advising me of a delivery date or time. This is the second time I have purchased from Roseland but I can assure you there won't be a third.
