There was a problem with the appearance of the tv table I ordered, and I immediately emailed Roseland with photos of the unit. I was contacted immediately with details of how to return the damaged item, and delivery details of a replacement item. The exchange was accomplished within a week of the first delivery. Well done! NB “Don’t dispose of the packaging before you are sure the item is satisfactory”!
