I purchased a wardrobe and took delivery of this only to find after I had assembled the top part I discovered that the drawer would not open on the base unit that was fully assembled when it arrived, I had to call customer services twice before getting to the result of having the faulty base unit collected and a replacement delivered, I am currently waiting for this.
