Quality of product is excellent and it was well packaged for delivery.
However delivery was originally intended for a Thursday and I was told 4.30pm on the Wednesday that my order hadn’t gone out and wouldn’t be delivered until the Friday. At this stage I had changed my busy work schedule so that I could work from home on the Thursday to receive the delivery. Seemed to be little thought to the fact that some customers work full time for a living and have to arrange to be at home to take delivery. I was told I could have item delivered on a Saturday but this would cost me an extra £25-£30 and I didn’t see why I had to pay that when it was there mistake in the first place.
In the end I took delivery Friday. To be fair they did arrange delivery for Saturday but didn’t confirm whether I had to pay or not and I was going out that day anyway.
Morale to the story - don’t promise a delivery day you can’t meet or tell the customer at least 24 hours in advance if you need to change the delivery date. Having said that I would use them again as the furniture is lovely and arrived with no damage which is a bonus these days.
