My furniture was supposed to arrive 2 days ago. The van had a crash, all ive had is a text asking if they can deliver the following Monday. I said no, then got an email that they booked monday anyway, and apparently left me a voicemail on my phone that doesnt have voicemail set up on. I phoned the driver for 2 days, no answer. I phoned roseland, who say they will sort it but then dont get back to me. I will be requesting a refund.
