I am sad to give such a poor rating but I have never received such a poor service. The real issue is with the courier service who did not deliver when promised, damaged the goods and then did not turn up to collect the goods to be returned when agreed. However Roseland needs to take some responsibility for the poor 3rd party suppliers it works with
