I was initially impressed by the ease of ordering. I was surprised how quickly it came but had to be quick to stop it coming from my house and to somewhere I could collect from instead.
The item was significantly damaged so this then leads to needing to send back which was a nuisance but these things happen. The system requires you to be available all day and not until the day do you know what time it will be coming. I arranged for the swap to happen on Thursday in my half term holiday and had to cancel another appointment in order to do this. The faulty item was collected but I was told that there was no replacement item as it hadn't reached the depot on time.
I rang Roseland and pointed out that I had commitments and would be back at work teaching on Monday and wouldn't be at home for a whole day until April! I asked for the item to be delivered to a pick up point and was told this wasn't possible. They offered to deliver on Saturday which I said was fine but would need to be before 12 o'clock. Nothing arrived.
On Monday a delivery attempt was made but, of course, I wasn't in. I went on the email on line and was able to change the delivery to Curry's so don't understand why I wasn't advised to do that when I rang previously. I was told that it couldn't be stopped from coming to my house.
I haven't yet collected the item and am dreading opening it and finding more problems.
